Yeah was wondering this myself they both look spec for spec pretty much same, accept the older Corsair has a 135mm more silent fan and the newer one has a 120mm fan, im baffeled why they would downgrade the fan not unless Corsair are aware of some Noise issues so perhaps they used a more high quality 120mm fan.
